


Rev. Dr. Paul Yanchek
Pastor
Pastor Paul and his wife Julie were married in 1996 and have two grown children Aaron and Kaylee. Paul’s life verse is John 3:30 – “He must increase, I must decrease.” He came to CrossPoint in August 2024.
He previously served at churches in Spencer, OH (1997-2000), Rocky River, OH (2000-2016), and Aliquippa, PA (2017-2024). As a Cleveland native, he is thrilled to be back in northeast Ohio.
He earned his B.A. in Christian Ministries from Malone University in 1996 and moved on to earn his M.Div. in Pastoral Ministry from Ashland Theological Seminary in 2000. He completed his Doctor of Ministry in Christian Spirituality from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary in 2023.
Paul loves reading and music, especially playing his trumpet. He is a passionate supporter of the Columbus Crew.

Matt Noble
Elder
Matt and Natalie Noble were married in 2020, have been members at CrossPoint for several years, and have lived in this area all their lives. Matt works as an Automation Process Engineer and, in addition to being an Elder at our church, he plays drums on the Worship team, Disciples others, and is studying toward Ordination. He also enjoys hiking, spending quality time with his wife, discipling others, teaching God’s Word, and hanging out with friends and family!
His life verse is 1 Chronicles 29:11. He began attending CrossPoint when “I came to the end of myself, was grieved because of my sinfulness and knew I needed help. CrossPoint became a place of assurance and continued growth in God as He was drawing me to Himself.”

Rick Noble
Elder
Rick and Amy Noble were married in 1987 and have 3 adult children, Sarah Noble, Bethany (& Jacob) Zook, and Matthew (& Natalie) Noble. They also have a grandson, Oliver Zook. Rick and his family have lived in the area for 34 years. Rick is a Sr. Manager at an IT Company. In addition to being an Elder, Rick is also a Life Group leader and loves working to be a great husband and the best loving Dad and ‘Papa’. In his spare time, he also enjoys fishing, woodworking, and sports.
Rick’s life verse is Revelation 3:20. Rick loves CrossPoint because he enjoys “serving God by raising my family in a Christian atmosphere and responding to what God is inspiring me to do. So far God has opened doors for me to be a Deacon, Teach Sunday School, assist with 5 Day Clubs, Witness to the Community, and be a Life Group leader. God is not finished with me yet: Now I am an Elder!”
